RS Stafford is fortunate enough to be the owner of John Bedini’s “Ferris Wheel” machine. It has a couple systems that drive it – one is an array of coils at the bottom of the machine and there is a separate, very interesting hub motor, which is modeled after NASA’s Radus Space Boots that uses flux switching.
John first demonstrated this machine is 2010 or 2011 downtown Coeur d’Alene. The entire time it ran on a 36v bank and charged a 36v bank – BOTH banks stayed topped up the entire time it ran. Also of interest was a novel cap discharge method that nobody could figure out. John had a hand drill with a hole saw and offered anyone the opportunity to drill into the box if they thought he had some hidden batteries – not one person took him up on his offer. You finally get to see what is inside the box.
After that demonstration, John contributed at Energetic Forum by posting bits and pieces of how the machine worked but nobody really got it. These original posts by him are still in the forum.
For the first time ever, RS demonstrates this machine and gives a full disclosure including the surprisingly simple method John used to discharge a capacitor (the thing in the box) to the output battery bank. Dr. Robert Adams is someone that most “newer” people in the “Free Energy” scene have never heard of although he is one of the Pioneers of the modern-day movement, which deals a lot with pulsed systems.
His electric motor/generator systems have shown to produce more work than the operator has to supply and it was Peter Lindemann that corresponded with him longer than anyone else in regards to his work. Nick Kraakman who has been collaborating with Peter Lindemann behind the scenes is bringing an Adam’s Motor to the 2021 ESTC. Recently, I did a simple test recommended by Eric Dollard on the Rotary Electrostatic Converter built by Chris Carson. It is recommended to look at the below post first before watching the video on the recent test.
The capacitor was sped up with a DC motor and then a potential transformer was turned up to about 4500 volts DC and this potential was applied to 1/2 of the capacitor to see if the electrostatic lines would try keep the rotating capacitor plates in phase with the stationary plates. If so, then it should increase the load on the DC motor and reducing it’s speed.

At the 2018 Energy Science & Technology, Jim Murray, a legend in the Tesla Sciences & Free Energy field presented on The Meaning of Unity in Energy Conversion Systems. This is one of the most important presentations given in this field simply for the fact that is explains an accurate accounting method so that the distinctions are made between system efficiency and conversion efficiency. The bottom line is that this shows how to properly compare the input to the output of a system, which is more complex than it initially appears.
Initially, it had been assumed that a simple ratio computed by dividing the output power by the input power would provide a reliable yardstick for motor power efficiency. The basic idea was sound, for the closer the quotient came to unity, the nearer the motor efficiency would be to 100%. Hence began the so-called “Quest for Unity.” However, early “electric engines” were very inefficient, probably delivering no more than 30% of the electrical input power to the output shaft.
Therefore, it quickly became evident that not all the applied power was being converted to a mechanical output. Clearly, inefficiencies were involved, and they would have to be accounted for. Until this was complete, the simplified approach to establishing a Factor of Unity could not be realized. What is remarkable, in the history of motor development, is the curious degree of synergy that seems to have accompanied these early pioneering efforts.
Between 1839 and 1850 the British Brew Master James Joule conducted an elegant series of experiments, in which he sought to unify electrical, chemical and thermal phenomena by demonstrating their inter-convertibility and their quantitative equivalence. The results of Joule’s work were published in the Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society, with a very impressive title: “On the Mechanical Equivalence of Heat.”
The contributions of Lord Kelvin must be considered next. His paper, “The Dynamical Equivalent of Heat,” published in 1851, contended that energy could be “lost to man irrecoverably; but not lost to the material world”. Thomson was thus the first person to understand that all energy changes involve energy dissipation, and losses. During the second half of the nineteenth century Kelvin and other scientists, including Clausius, Rankine, Maxwell and, Boltzmann, continued to develop these ideas. Their combined efforts resulted in the establishment of the Science of Thermodynamics; with Conservation of Energy as its First Law and the Dissipation of Energy as its Second Law.
Accordingly, motor researchers were thus made aware of the extreme importance of classifying all known motor losses, and accounting for them with the same degree of accuracy as would be exhibited in the well-established science of corporate book-keeping.
Ultimately, such practices would lead to the development of two principle kinds of Efficiency Measurements, both very valuable in all research pertaining to rotating components, but, particularly valuable for developing an understanding of over-unity as a scientific fact.
Both efficiency concepts shall be fully explained in this book. Simply, this book serves as a definitive guide for those who wish to properly validate their input vs output claims. It also includes copies of one of the most significant and important patents in history in this field, The Dynaflux Alternator, which is Jim’s generator that has a reduced Lenz Law Effect meaning it has less drag than conventional science will admit is possible. There is also another related patent on Jim Murray’s Dynaflux Alternator, which gives a much wider picture. The Dyanflux was used as an example in the book so is not required to understand what it is about, but is valuable to know about.

We need to start here with one very important and valuable piece of information… Paul Babcock is now dedicated to open-sourcing his life’s work in the electrical sciences. He wants to empower the masses with some very profound information that took millions of dollars to learn.
This presentation does indeed contain some weird things relating to overunity effects, but Paul actually shows you the specific waveforms his circuits created when demonstrating overnity. This has never been disclosed to the public before.
A lot of information relating to overunity principles have made it out to the public but in Paul’s opinion, it hasn’t really taken root yet in any substantial way. Many overunity effects are also like ghosts where they come and go so how can we pin it down?
There is definitely some kind of aether weather that influences the machines with its own rhythms where the overunity ebbs and flows – how do we reconcile all of this with conventional physics, which teaches us that these things can’t happen?
Our own perception limits our ability to comprehend these higher dimensional processes and on top of that, most of us are unable to solve problems in certain ways once we are used to solving problems in other ways.
It is important to understand that there are many commonalities throughout many machines that are overunity or in other words, they output more work than is required for us to input into them. Paul will spell these out in no uncertain terms – at least for the type of machines many of us have direct or second-hand experience with.
AIR GAPS – the air has important magnetic properties, which is the secret to many overunity machines and Paul will walk you through many details specifically related to this. Ed Gray, John Bedini and others used these principles that apply to the air and its interesting qualities. This specific information is worth its weight in gold even if this is the only thing you get from this presentation.
Paul will also cover some aspects to Dr. Harold Aspden’s work. This work overturns Einstein’s Relativity as commonly understood as does the work of other forward-thinking scientists. What is so important about Dr. Aspden’s work is that it is using nothing more than relatively simple algebra that describes, time, space and other concepts in simple ways that makes them make sense in a very practical way.
Space itself has “energetic” properties and this is a huge part of the picture that everyone should understand so their foundation has meaning when it comes to the “free energy” sciences.
Something else that is important besides air gaps and energetic properties of space is phase switching – going from electric to magnetic and back to electric. Again, it is necessary to restate the importance that these are commonalities that exist across many overunity machines.
Tesla was known for the ideas of separating the so-called electrons from the radiant energy component of electricity and Paul covers this as well. This presentation is simple enough that most people can understand the concepts even without a background in electrical engineering.
The aforementioned switching methods elicits anomolous TIME effects in batteries, hence the subtitle to this presentatin – IT’S ABOUT TIME – it has more than one meaning. Twenty years ago, John Bedini told me that the capacitors were receiving a TIME charge, but many people didn’t not understand how literal that was. Paul will be going into these concepts from his perspective, which carries a lot of weight. He’s done it with his own builds and he has seen others do it too.
Paul covers his experience with John Bedini’s “Glass Case Motor” and how batteries that were so dead they were corroding away – yet they ran the motor, produced mechanical work, lit LEDs and charged themselves up!
Ed Gray’s motor technology exploited some of these effects and again, Paul wil show you the waveforms that showed the overunity in his own circuits. his inverters showed 106% and his other circuits showed higher such as in his lighting circuits.
And, you will learn how there can be overunity when measuring less than 100%. Much of this comes from Jim Murray’s teachings of how to correctly account for everything happening in a system and when you understand this, you may realize that you too may have overunity but were never able to realize it.
