The notion of a setup which is capable of forecasting a major seismic event has been long deemed as a mystical fallacy. Until now, a very basic yet functional apparatus has been brought forth in a simplified manner. The concept and practicality of an electrical based seismic forecasting setup is outlined in this presentation. Giving forth a simplified approach to the construction of a suitable station, which gives excellent results. Theoretical as well as historical information is given, along with scientific data that represents the matter.
