How do I play the videos I purchased?
The videos are provided as MP4 format. VLC Media Player will play virtually every video format. It is available for Windows, Mac and Linux. Download it at VLC Media Player
Why does my device say my download is an unsupported file format?
This happens when you don’t have appropriate apps or software installed on your device. The file formats of our downloads are .zip, .mp4 and .pdf.
Windows users can use 7-Zip and Mac users can use Izip to unzip downloads that are in .zip format.
VLC Media Player is the recommended media player for opening and playing downloads that are in .mp4 format.
The free Adobe Acrobat Reader is recommended for opening downloads that are in .pdf format.How do I unzip the files?
I thought I was purchasing a physical copy of the book or video?
All the product descriptions clearly state that we are offering digital downloadable books and videos. We will send an announcement if/when we have the products available in hard copy versions.

Can I use my own affiliate links to get a discount?
No. This is not what the affiliate program is for.
I downloaded a book and/or video but pages are missing or there are errors showing up. What can I do?
Log in to your account and download it again. 99% of the time it is a corrupted file from a bad connection or glitch with your ISP.
An item I’d like to buy is out of stock. When will it be back in stock?
We usually manufacture a new batch every 4-8 weeks. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified when we have more in stock.
