The RPX is a legendary frequency creation machine invented by John Bedini who was the world’s leading authority on the work of Royal Rife until his untimely death in 2016. It is the most accurate generator of Rife frequencies using the sideband method exactly how Rife and his assistant Hoyland accomplished it. It is actually a universal harmonic generator that can create sidebands that are harmonics of any frequency you desire such as 432, 528 or others. So far, it has been kept as a low power electrode output device and a new amplifier designed by Eric Dollard has been created allowing true 50 watts RF to be radiated from the RPX through a gas discharge tube.

The coMra Effect was conceived from the Unknown through a vision in the form of a dream combined with inspiration. The feelings generated by the vision, the Direct Irrational Knowledge, revealed the Esoteric Principles of Operation through the perspective of the Toltec System of Knowledge. The acronym “coMra” is a commercial trademark which represents a Coherent Process within the Regenerative Cycle of Life, and stands for “Coherence Achieved through the Modulation of Radiances”. Adrian Marsh PhD, has been pioneering in research, innovation, and invention for almost four decades in science, technology, and computing, both within conventional science and the new science. He has a Ph.D. in Physics from the Cavendish Laboratory, Cambridge University, where he undertook several years of ground-breaking research in superconducting coherent quantum effect devices. Core fields of current research include Tesla Energy and Electricity research, Quantum Device Physics, Coherent Low-Level Laser Holistic Medical devices, and Esoteric Science and Medicine. Adrian has replicated many of Eric Dollard’s fundamental Tesla based experiments in electricity, and also rediscovered the Golden Ratio Discharge using a specialised Tesla coil apparatus. His day-to-day research activities are orientated to the discovery of the underlying principles and processes within the Wheelwork of Nature, including Telluric Power Transmission, Non-Linear Open Energy Systems, Displacement and Transference of Electric Power, and Esoteric Energetic Systems. Adrian’s research is self-funded through the not-for-profit organisation AMInnovations, and is supported by The Foundation for Toltec Research.

Justin Miller is a first-generation rancher with over 15 years of experience managing rangeland and forested properties. His approach to stewardship evolved during his tenure on a livestock-free preserve, where he recognized that grazing is a vital, missing component of land health. Moving from mechanical management to regenerative agriculture, Justin pursued advanced training in stockmanship, low-stress livestock handling, and soil biology to understand the critical link between animal impact and the soil microbiome. Following his success managing multi-species operations that balanced animal performance with ecological vitality, he established his own consulting firm in 2024 to provide technical service to landowners seeking to transition toward regenerative management.

Orgone energy is the cosmic life energy, discovered by Dr Wilhelm Reich in the mid 20th Century. It is a physically real, scientifically objectifiable and universally present force that governs inner and outer space. Armoring, likewise discovered by Reich, is the biophysical mechanism by which we bind repressed emotion and anchor neurosis, thereby deadening normal perception of the spontaneously active orgone. In the dichotomous traditions of mechanistic science and mystical religion, the lawful and spontaneous effects of this energy get rendered down into “statistical curiosities” and “unknowable mysteries” respectfully. Dr. James DeMeo spent his lifetime investigating and scientifically replicating Reich’s experiments and discoveries, verifying with rigorous and meticulous protocols nearly every major claim Reich made. Tom DiFerdinando is a highly skilled pain, injury and trauma therapist, having pioneered a hands-on technique based upon the orgone biophysics of Dr. Wilhelm Reich. He is also the newly inaugurated President and Director of the Orgone Biophysical Research Lab (OBRL) where for twenty years he worked as an associate in the lab of the late Dr. James DeMeo. Tom has given presentations on both his own work and that of Dr. Reich and Dr. DeMeo at universities and public venues over decades on multiple continents. In addition to his 35+ years as a bodywork therapist, Tom is also the president of Rethinking AIDS/Unmasking Covid, a scientific and public advocacy group of dissident scientists, physicians, lawyers and journalists working to expose scientific and medical fraud, especially in the fields of “AIDS” and “Covid-19”. Prof. Robert M. Haralick is a retired distinguished professor in Computer Science at the Graduate Center of the City University of New York (CUNY). A leading figure in computer vision, pattern recognition, and image analysis, he pioneered grayscale co-occurrence texture analysis and the facet model. He is a Fellow of the IEEE for contributions in computer vision and image processing, and a Fellow and past president of the International Association for Pattern Recognition (IAPR) for his work in pattern recognition and service. Haralick served on editorial boards including IEEE Transactions on Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence and as computer vision editor for Communications of the ACM. With over 570 publications and co-authors exceeding 265, his work has garnered over 87,856 citations on Google Scholar. He is recognized in Marquis Who’s Who in the East and America. Since retiring, he has pursued private research into subtle energy phenomena in water and related topics, presenting at the Energy Science & Technology Conference (ESTC). His current explorations in this field hold profound interest for him.

This presentation showcases a 4″ centrifugal water pump prototype, including motor, weighing under 30 lb, that delivers up to 270 GPM at high speed and 150 GPM at only 2,400 RPM using only 1,070 W, pumping water 9 ft despite generating only 2.6 psi, far beyond conventional theoretical limits. By comparison, a commercially available pump capable of similar flow would weigh over 125 lb, cost thousands of dollars, and require an impeller at least twice the diameter. No academic Tesla pump study or commercial 4″ centrifugal pump comes close to this combination of compact size, high flow, and energy efficiency. Sky Huddleston is a third-generation master machinist, welder, fabricator, and inventor from Bourbon, Missouri. He launched his first workshop at age 16 in his father’s garage, gaining early experience in manufacturing, engine work, and product development. His career centers on commercializing underutilized technologies to increase energy efficiency, reduce waste, and counter planned obsolescence, drawing on practical expertise in physics, materials science, and sustainable engineering. In 2010, he co-founded Liberator Rocket Heaters, bringing to market UL- and EPA-certified non-catalytic rocket-style wood stoves and rocket mass heaters. He later founded Eternal Engines, where he has spent more than 15 years developing modular scotch-yoke internal combustion engines inspired by the Bourke design, targeting unprecedented thermal efficiency, high power-to-weight ratios, and ease of maintenance across applications from UAVs to transportation. He has previously presented on the Bourke engine at the Energy Science & Technology Conference (ESTC) and is the author of A New World If the World Knew, which explores overlooked technologies with significant economic and societal potential.

Many great scientific discoveries, innovation & invention, have started with a vision or “flash” of inspiration, which is creative access to the unknown via feelings! And yet feelings are then excluded from the scientific interpretation, principles, and processes. In essence Esoteric Science includes feelings, whereas conventional science excludes feelings as “subjective”. Feelings (different from emotions) are Direct Irrational Knowledge that originate in the Aetheric spectrum beyond our normal perception. Through feeling it is possible to access and explore all possible knowledge and perceptions in both the physical and spiritual universes, and collectively known as the Aetheric spectrum. Conventional science is a very small part of the Aetheric spectrum in the physical world of form within only the common perception.
This presentation explores in detail a practical foundation for understanding and working with Esoteric Science, including core principles, the Aetheric spectrum, and vibrational modelling and synthesis. This provides a framework of understanding for the intellect to work with esoteric science and the Aetheric spectrum. The presentation includes a practical application of this framework by using the coMra Effect embodied in an RF technological device, to refresh and uplift the state of being of water. Since 2008, Justin Miller has served as a dedicated associate of Eric Dollard, standing as one of the few individuals to witness the historic Landers Facility in full operation. As a foundational member of EPD Laboratories, Justin was instrumental in the 2014 effort to rehabilitate the facility after the Right of Way was secured. Despite the project’s reliance on volunteer efforts, he has successfully orchestrated significant technical milestones on the Long Line. Justin currently spearheads initiatives to determine the feasibility and efficacy of internal communication systems, aiming to network the facility’s infrastructure and share high-level signal data with both the research community and the general public.

Carmen Miller is an independent researcher in alternative energy systems and historical technologies, with a long-standing focus on magnet motors, Nikola Tesla’s work, and over-unity research. The daughter of inventor Bill Müller, she has continued her father’s research legacy since his passing in 2004. Her experience includes decades of engagement with independent inventors, participation in international conferences since the mid-1980s, and field research related to ancient engineering and energy technologies. She has served as a field assistant and research associate to various researchers during multiple expeditions in Egypt. Her work and collaborations have been referenced in publications by author Jeanne Manning. Carmen currently resides in Penticton, British Columbia, Canada, where she continues independent research.
