In the last few years, Prof. Haralick became interested in subtle energy research but many of the experimental results were not explainable by the common paradigm. Some of his work in this area was presented at the last couple Energy Science & Technology Conferences.
It became apparent to him that there should be a theory that can begin to explain some of this unusual phenomena.
His interest was primarily focus on whether or not Maxwell’s Equations could be generalized so that it could be used to explain some of this work specifically including the type of work Tesla was involved with in the early 1900’s regarding longitudinal waves.
Prof. Haralick will walk you through a very specific sequence of segments that include:
James Clerk Maxwell – an interesting biographic sketch that quite likely, many mathematicians and engineers have not heard of.
The Maxwell Equations in Modern Form – a general review to set the stage for a comparison of the rest of the presentation.
Maxwell’s Original 20 Equations – this takes you back to the original 1865 paper that he had before he wrote his treatise. Prof. Haralick has a strong intent to figure out what was in those equations in the way that Maxwell wrote them because what many people have said is that what Maxwell had in his equations are not the same as what the Heaviside-Biggs Equations are that are currently used.
Quaternions – this goes into the quaternion algebra, which sounds complicated but if you have any background in the most basic high school algebrea, you’ll understand quite a bit of it.
Quaternion Generalized Maxwell Equations – you’ll then be walked through the derivation and this derivation admits to a longitudinal electric wave along with the scalar wave and this type of “scalar wave” will most likely shock you. So far this comprises a little less than half of the presentation.
Tesla, Galinas, Zimmerman, & Hively – the rest of the talk regarding the work of these men, what they built and what they wrote that is relevant to this kind of generalizaton as well as other related topics. Some of the material covered in this section may reveal to you some thing that you have not previously realized – especially regarding Tesla’s work.
Get a copy of this presentation so you can have an authoritative analysis of Maxwell’s Equations that reveals a very specific type of “scalar wave”, which not been openly discussed in any literature on the subject.
Here is the free viewing of the first Panel Discussion with Paul Babcock, Aaron Murakami, James DeMeo PhD, Robert Haralick PhD, Jack Hanlon PhD, & Eric Dollard.
There is a wide range of topics in this discussion with an emphasis on a living ether. Both Dr. DeMeo and Eric Dollard give some interesting insights into the Orgone energy and wait until you hear what Eric’s personal experience was with a small orgone accumulator. It needs to be replicated far and wide!
Attendees from 9 countries and from 48 out of 50 states helped make this year’s 8th Annual Energy Science & Technology Conference another magical experience. There were about 20 presentations from an amazing group of speakers including Dr. James DeMeo, Prof. Robert Haralick, Dr. Jack Hanlon, Eric Dollard and many others.
The presentations will be produced in digital downloads available through Clickbank like usual and this begins next week with the editing. We may start releasing them by the end of next week. The goal is to make 2-3 available per week until they’re all available.
Here are just a few pictures to give you a glimpse of what happened this weekend. There are a lot more to come including some slideshows.
Here are a few comments from some of the attendees:
“For all of what you have done. It was our first time and we will walk away with networking opportunities and a large amount of knowledge. Thanks to you and the great presenters.” – Terry & Jake
“I just wanted say how much I enjoyed this years conference. Thank you to you and all your team for all your efforts in putting it on and making it possible. Your work and events like the ESTC are part of what it’s going take to bring about the changes the world so badly needs. So keep up the good work. I learned a lot and enjoyed meeting like minded people from all over North America and different parts of the world. I found the staff at the Eagles very accommodating and friendly. You have a perfect venue…… Also thanks to you, Paul, Jeff and Peter I have information on how to get my MWO working properly and have already started making changes.” – Jim C.
“Just want to mention that my first experience at the 2019 ESTC was very positive. Thanks to you and the hardworking team behind the scenes, I can say that the 2019 ESTC was a success. The presentations were insightful and the networking opportunities made it worthwhile. I believe it was time well spent. Looking forward to the 2020 ESTC.” – Roul M.
“That was my second year at ESTC and it was #AWESOME. Thanks so much for all the hard work from your and the community. I appreciate it. I mentioned to you that I’m looking forward to having the opportunity to purchase that Kit that you and Adam are putting together. Consider me committed and on a list, if there is one. I’ll just follow the instructions once I see them. Thanks again. I’m looking forward to next year.” – Michael E.
“The conference exceeded all expectations!” – Adam B.
There are a lot more updates to come as time permits.
At the 2018 ESTC (Energy Science & Technology Conference), Professor Robert Haralick takes us deeper in the realm of subtle energies by showing exactly how he measured quantifiable changes in water that result from conscious intention alone. This is the companion presentation to the presentation from last year.
He also covers many important points about how the experimenter can influence the experiment on a level that goes above the common superficial understanding of this concept. This is taken to a higher level and suggestions are offered on how to clear the influence of intentions on the experiment in order to have cleaner or purer results.

Prof. Haralick gives the exact components that he uses to measure changes in the impedance of water for the control or unaltered water in comparison to water that is subject to the influence of intention. The results are strikingly obvious – conscious intention alters how well water accepts or rejects the signal from an analyzer.
What this shows is how the intention possibly changed the bonding angles or other characteristics. Whatever the change may be, it is unmistakable that the water was indeed changed by consciousness alone.
Quite a few experiments are revealed by both graphs, Smith Charts, etc. and Prof. Haralick also reviews various “structured” water and how their boiling point is changed. The most altered appears to have lower boiling points indicating the possibility that the strength that the water molecules are holding hands has been reduced and this is a possible further indication that the surface tension has been reduced.
Various water technologies are also discussed as well as his personal experience meeting with the inventors.
If you have an interest in water and the effects of consciousness on it, this presentation is for you because you learn exactly how to measure the effects. Experimental protocols that actually work are not very well understood even by many water scientists, but this presentation lays it all out for you.
Professor Haralick is a Distinguished Professor at the computer science department of the Graduate Center, City University of New York. He has been a professor in the Bioengineering and Electrical Sciences departments at UW (University of Washington) and is a leading authority on pattern recognition.
At last year’s conference, Prof. Haralick presented on experimental protocols for measuring subtle energy changes in water. This is a very tedious process and most scientists get it wrong. We’re all fans of Dr. Emoto’s work, but when you see his presentation on Mind Over Matter, you will learn about the protocols that Dr. Emoto actually never considered: https://emediapress.com/shop/mind-over-matter/
If you’re a fan of water technology and believe it can be influenced by subtle energy, then this presentation sets the foundation for quantifying the effects.
At this year’s 2018 Energy Science & Technology Conference, Prof. Haralick will present part 2, which will explore some of his personal experimental results and will do doubt lay out the very protocols that were used.
Subtle energy, for a lack of a better term, refers to the energy and/or the change of the structure of space that occurs when influences such as conscious intention affects material reality.
An example of this kind of influence is when healers use Qi or Parana to effect a healing either close by or remotely.
Other instances include mental telepathy, remote viewing and the programming of quartz crystals by conscious intention.
Tiller uses the quantum mechanics phrase Raising the Gauge.
There are other situations where a subtle energy can develop: These include being exposed to certain kinds of magnetic fields or electric fields, being exposed to quartz crystals, and being exposed to sacred geometric forms.
This talk discusses the difficulty of doing subtle energy experiments, gives the protocols for a few different kinds of subtle energy experiments involving water, describes a number of kinds of measurements that can be made of water, and shares the results of those experiments.
Paramagnetic & Diamagnetic Field Experiments by Professor Robert Haralick, Guy Obolensky & Loren Zanier – In this talk, we describe experiments by which the diamagnetic field by the bloch region and by the poles of a magnet may be measured using 3-axis Hall effect milligaussmeters, magnetoresistive milligaussmeters and sensitive differential electrometers. Our experiments provide evidence for the existence of a diamagnetic field and the vortex of the paramagnetic field. Experiments also reveal longer spinning times with a load than without and a loss of weight. Release date – August 23, 2016. Learn more: Paramagnetic & Diamagnetic Field Experiments
