Aether Weirdness – It’s about Time – Magic Batteries and other observations by Paul Babcock
We need to start here with one very important and valuable piece of information… Paul Babcock is now dedicated to open-sourcing his life’s work in the electrical sciences. He wants to empower the masses with some very profound information that took millions of dollars to learn.
This presentation does indeed contain some weird things relating to overunity effects, but Paul actually shows you the specific waveforms his circuits created when demonstrating overnity. This has never been disclosed to the public before.
A lot of information relating to overunity principles have made it out to the public but in Paul’s opinion, it hasn’t really taken root yet in any substantial way. Many overunity effects are also like ghosts where they come and go so how can we pin it down?
There is definitely some kind of aether weather that influences the machines with its own rhythms where the overunity ebbs and flows – how do we reconcile all of this with conventional physics, which teaches us that these things can’t happen?
Our own perception limits our ability to comprehend these higher dimensional processes and on top of that, most of us are unable to solve problems in certain ways once we are used to solving problems in other ways.
It is important to understand that there are many commonalities throughout many machines that are overunity or in other words, they output more work than is required for us to input into them. Paul will spell these out in no uncertain terms – at least for the type of machines many of us have direct or second-hand experience with.
AIR GAPS – the air has important magnetic properties, which is the secret to many overunity machines and Paul will walk you through many details specifically related to this. Ed Gray, John Bedini and others used these principles that apply to the air and its interesting qualities. This specific information is worth its weight in gold even if this is the only thing you get from this presentation.
Paul will also cover some aspects to Dr. Harold Aspden’s work. This work overturns Einstein’s Relativity as commonly understood as does the work of other forward-thinking scientists. What is so important about Dr. Aspden’s work is that it is using nothing more than relatively simple algebra that describes, time, space and other concepts in simple ways that makes them make sense in a very practical way.
Space itself has “energetic” properties and this is a huge part of the picture that everyone should understand so their foundation has meaning when it comes to the “free energy” sciences.
Something else that is important besides air gaps and energetic properties of space is phase switching – going from electric to magnetic and back to electric. Again, it is necessary to restate the importance that these are commonalities that exist across many overunity machines.
Tesla was known for the ideas of separating the so-called electrons from the radiant energy component of electricity and Paul covers this as well. This presentation is simple enough that most people can understand the concepts even without a background in electrical engineering.
The aforementioned switching methods elicits anomolous TIME effects in batteries, hence the subtitle to this presentatin – IT’S ABOUT TIME – it has more than one meaning. Twenty years ago, John Bedini told me that the capacitors were receiving a TIME charge, but many people didn’t not understand how literal that was. Paul will be going into these concepts from his perspective, which carries a lot of weight. He’s done it with his own builds and he has seen others do it too.
Paul covers his experience with John Bedini’s “Glass Case Motor” and how batteries that were so dead they were corroding away – yet they ran the motor, produced mechanical work, lit LEDs and charged themselves up!
Ed Gray’s motor technology exploited some of these effects and again, Paul wil show you the waveforms that showed the overunity in his own circuits. his inverters showed 106% and his other circuits showed higher such as in his lighting circuits.
And, you will learn how there can be overunity when measuring less than 100%. Much of this comes from Jim Murray’s teachings of how to correctly account for everything happening in a system and when you understand this, you may realize that you too may have overunity but were never able to realize it. This information is very important because most people do not properly account for all the input, output and losses. It’s all about distinctions and this will be spelled out for you.

Longitudinal & Scalar Waves: The Biquaternion Generalization of Maxwell’s Equations
In the last few years, Prof. Haralick became interested in subtle energy research but many of the experimental results were not explainable by the common paradigm. Some of his work in this area was presented at the last couple Energy Science & Technology Conferences.
It became apparent to him that there should be a theory that can begin to explain some of this unusual phenomena.
His interest was primarily focus on whether or not Maxwell’s Equations could be generalized so that it could be used to explain some of this work specifically including the type of work Tesla was involved with in the early 1900’s regarding longitudinal waves.
Prof. Haralick will walk you through a very specific sequence of segments that include:
James Clerk Maxwell – an interesting biographic sketch that quite likely, many mathematicians and engineers have not heard of.
The Maxwell Equations in Modern Form – a general review to set the stage for a comparison of the rest of the presentation.
Maxwell’s Original 20 Equations – this takes you back to the original 1865 paper that he had before he wrote his treatise. Prof. Haralick has a strong intent to figure out what was in those equations in the way that Maxwell wrote them because what many people have said is that what Maxwell had in his equations are not the same as what the Heaviside-Biggs Equations are that are currently used.
Quaternions – this goes into the quaternion algebra, which sounds complicated but if you have any background in the most basic high school algebrea, you’ll understand quite a bit of it.
Quaternion Generalized Maxwell Equations – you’ll then be walked through the derivation and this derivation admits to a longitudinal electric wave along with the scalar wave and this type of “scalar wave” will most likely shock you. So far this comprises a little less than half of the presentation.
Tesla, Galinas, Zimmerman, & Hively – the rest of the talk regarding the work of these men, what they built and what they wrote that is relevant to this kind of generalizaton as well as other related topics. Some of the material covered in this section may reveal to you some thing that you have not previously realized – especially regarding Tesla’s work.

The Secret Power Source for Overunity Switched Reluctance Generators by Jack Hanlon, PhD
Jack Hanlon, Ph.D. believes over unity electrical machines have been built and even demonstrated many times at the ETSC and other places; however, he has never heard a complete explanation of “how they work” that will stand up to the skepticism of a conventionally trained mathematician, physicist or engineer.
The explanations always seem to involve some “mysterious” source of power or slightly nebulous use of magnetism.
The missing piece is always: what is the source of the extra power?
Since we have been unable to answer this question in a satisfactory way, the technology is put in the realm of “voodoo” science, and it is not seriously considered by the larger traditional scientific community.
He believes this holds back the wide spread and rapid development of this important technology and limits the developers to a small community of experimenters.
Switched reluctance generators have always been a prime candidate for overunity results. Eric Dollard who is very skeptical about any “free energy” claims was originally brought into Borderlands years ago to verify a switched reluctance generator built by Peter Lindemann and Michael Knox. Accounting for a sufficient margin of error, Eric Dollard found that it did indeed produce more work than it took to run the machine!
This is probably the most comprehensive analysis on where the free energy is in such machines and it is done in a relatively simple and eloquent manner with simple algebra and geometry.
If this technology is “real”, and he believes it is, then we should be able to give a solid and complete explanation for it based on traditional physics, mathematics and engineering principles.
You will get more than theory; you will get very specific examples of converting reactive power to real power by a former Los Alamos National Labs scientist and former university math teacher!
That is the goal of this presentation. Jack Hanlon thinks David Squires put it well in his 2012 ETSC conference presentation. He said: “You can’t engineer what you don’t fully understand”.

Recently, I had the privilege of talking to Dr. Jack Hanlon more in depth about his presentation on Geometric Algebra and it is much more powerful than I had initially thought. He gave me some very specific examples where mainstream science says no energy is happening, but it clearly is. He presented a type of “source-code” to being able to reveal this hidden energy using Geometric Algebra. Once it is understood where the energy is happening in reactive power situations, then the first step has been taken in being able to move towards understanding how we might be able to use it to create real measurable work, which is one of the “Holy Grails” of Free Energy.
Versor Algebra
Eric Dollard’s Versor Algebra is based on the work of Steinmetz who developed it in order to mathematically model and crack Tesla’s polyphase patents on behalf of General Electric who hired him. The application of Versor Algebra for studying polyphase power systems of any number of phases including the self-referencing single phase Tesla mode is possible. It can also be used to analyze planetary phases, the ebbs and flows of the ocean, time and countless other things that have rhythms and motions.
Having worked with Eric for a number of years now regarding this kind of math, which I do not claim to be at any level of proficiency, I can say that Dr. Hanlon’s Geometric Algebra developments will be an excellent foundation for anyone interested in learning what kind of math they should learn in order to mathematically show the basic operating principles of natural energy systems. I can say this because I fully comprehended what Dr. Hanlon shared with me and I have not studied mathematics for nearly 30 years.
Hacking the Aether by Aaron Murakami
After presenting my Hacking the Aether model, which is a “unified field” model for the layman showing possibly what gravity, inertia, time and other natural phenomena are in a simple but seamless method, Professor Haralick suggested that I put some math to it beyond the basic Newtonian Equations to tie it all together. I haven’t seen anything that seems to be a good fit but after talking to Dr. Hanlon, it’s the first time I have had an interest in learning a specific, simple and elegant mathematical method to accomplish my goals. I can only image what it could do for you in your pursuit of advanced energy technologies.

Bruce DePalma simplified and advanced this concept with his invention known as the N-Machine, which is a simple spinning permanent magnet or electromagnetic by tapping the shaft and the outer perimeter of the rotating magnet. Keep in mind this all works without any coils whatsoever! This is completely different from normal electromagnetic generators.
Later on Adam Trombly made improvements to Bruce DePalma’s methods and when he filed for a patent, the Pentagon served him with a gag order because they themselves apparently had been working on similar technology and many of you know the rest of the story. What they didn’t know was that the patent was also filed in Europe and somehow Paramahamsa Tewari who headed up India’s Nuclear Power Corporation (a really big deal in India) got his hands on the info.
Mr. Tewari worked on replicating Mr. Trombly’s work. So the story goes – Mr. Tewari measured how much water could be electrolyzed with a certain amount of electricity. However, when that same electricity powered the Tewari Reactionless Generator (RLG), the output electrolyzed water and he wound up with several times more freed up hydrogen. This defeated Faraday’s Law of Electrolysis by a few hundred percent and this led to more advancements and innovations on the RLG technology.
Over the years, Mr. Paramahamsa Tewari had continued working on his RLG machine and it has become one of the most tested free energy devices in the world showing at least 238% more electricity coming out of it than going in. This has been tested by very qualified individuals and organizations connected to various companies and universities and the goal is to get this out to the world to help solve the energy problem.
Unfortunately, Mr. Tewari passed away toward the end of 2017 but thankfully, his son Anupam Tewari is committed to keeping his father’s legacy alive and he was gracious enough to come to the 2018 Energy Science & Technology Conference to present on his father’s work.
This presentation serves as a perfect starting point for anyone who is not familiar with the Tewari RLG, where it comes from and the how Mr. Tewari’s Space Vortex Theory led him to the RLG. Even if you are familiar with the Tewari RLG, there is some history here that many are not aware of and this is coming straight from his son, Anupam, so is authoritative and historically correct.

The Universal Medium – As taught by the Great 20th Century Profits
Hello Folks – It has been quite a year of discovery since the 2016 Energy Conference. A long string of synchronous events that began at the 2016 gathering inspired me to spend last winter building a Multiple Wave Oscillator to study the works of George Lakhovsky. I had little knowledge of Lakhovsky before the 2016 Energy Conference when synchronous events; that started out as helping friends in dire medical straits turned into a journey over the last year that has lead to places I did not expect. I am going to share this journey with you at the 2017 Energy Conference.
During my lifetime I have intensely studied the works of many great minds and inventors whom I consider 20 century profits; Nikola Tesla, Wilhelm Reich, Walter Russell, many others and now George Lakhovsky.
All of these great minds were working with the same universal medium; referred to as Radiant Energy, Orgone Energy, Either Energy and many other names. Over a lifetime of reading the works of these great men and spending countless hours experimenting and reproducing their objective works I found the threads that weave through this great collection of objective works and theories.
This journey that started with the 2016 Energy Conference brought to me a new level of practical understanding that exposes the working theory threads that wind their way through the great works of the 20th Century profits. All of the inventions produced by Tesla, Reich and Lakhovsky are designed around the same theory and principles to achieve a number of different ends.
Tesla desired to bring limitless energy to mankind using the universal medium. Lakhovsky desired to create beneficial energy fields that would eliminate disease and optimize health for mankind. Reich uncovered the workings of the biosphere and life as manifestations of the universal medium.
The operating principles of the universal medium are consistently the same in all of the works produced by the great 20th Century profits.
I will share the discoveries that have emerged over the last year with you during my presentation at the 2017 energy conference. I will share as much as time allows for.
To all the good folks I must apologize for not sharing more on the website and blogs over the last months but between work demands and tools my hands give out and it is hard to keep up. Sitting and working behind the computer reminds me of the cowboys I knew as a kid who rode fence line on the ranch. Hunched sore backs, sore butts and cramped up hands. I’m just not as tough as I use to be.

It’s a bit disappointing that there isn’t more of a mysterious energy source of technology behind it so it takes a bit of fun out of it, but if Scott Russell’s analysis is even half correct, it is still a very profound piece of work.
This video has been online for a couple years now and I only just now came across it and wanted to share it with you. It is still an engineering marvel and the methods that Ed Leedskalnin used are no less amazing – if this is indeed how he did it.
This video is only about 25 minutes long and is well worth the time it takes to watch it. I think you’ll have to agree that it certainly looks like Russell may have nailed it – we’ll never know 100% for sure, but it certainly appears pretty close.
